UPS delivers packages from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays such as January 1st, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. On the other hand, USPS delivers packages from Monday to Friday. When your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number, and unless otherwise specified, the courier will not require the recipient’s signature, and the shipment will be left at the given address.
To preserve perishable items like dried meat and vacuum-packed cheese, we ship packages on dry ice. However, if you purchase temperature-sensitive goods such as smoked meat, vacuum-packed cheese, and chocolate products, we recommend Next Day Air Delivery to avoid spoilage or melting of products. Choosing any other delivery method for such products is at your own risk, and we will not be held responsible if the products spoil or melt. Additionally, we do not recommend Table Rate Best Way Shipping for temperature-sensitive goods, especially during summer. During the winter months (November to March), you can safely select ground delivery if your shipping address is within a 1 or 2-day delivery zone.
If you wish to have your order shipped or delivered on a specific date, please indicate this at checkout. We will notify you via email if we are unable to meet your requirements.
Shipping costs are based on the package weight and the shipping address. During the summer months, we ship products in insulated refrigeration packages to prevent spoilage of perishable foods such as meat and dairy products. The cost of packaging materials may be added to the total shipping cost.
To avoid packages spending the weekend in a warehouse, we do not send sensitive foods like smoked meat or vacuum-packed cheese at the end of the working week. Orders to spend three days in transit are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Packages are shipped within 1-5 business days after the order is received, with an additional 1-5 business days during holidays.
We also offer personalized cards with a message or wish to be attached to your package. However, we cannot be held liable for the damage or spoilage of temperature-sensitive goods like cakes, chocolate, or any other heat-sensitive products.
We guarantee delivery to the address listed at checkout. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not liable if you do not receive the package. Similarly, if the package is delivered to a wrong address provided by the customer, we will not resend it if the goods have spoiled due to warm weather.
If some products in your order are out of stock, we will either send you a partial order and refund part of the payment or replace the products with similar items. If you order multiple quantities of the same unpackaged product, we will send you the combined weight of the product in a single package, unless you specify packaging instructions at checkout.
If you receive a different, defective, or damaged product or something is missing from your shipment, inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, and we will take appropriate measures such as issuing a refund or resending the package. We accept returns up to five days from the time you receive your order, but we do not accept returns of temperature-sensitive goods. Opened products cannot be returned, and the cost of return shipping will be paid by the buyer, and we will not reimburse return shipping costs. Returned goods may be subject to a re-stock charge of 5-20% of the item price.
